FUNDRAISERS ~ DINE & DONATE!
Here’s how it works:
- Step 1
Call Gary Cremeans, our general manager, and together you will pick the date for your Dan’l Webster Fundraiser. Typically, fundraisers are held on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) from September through May.
- Step 2
Print the Reservation Form on the web site, complete all information and mail it to the Inn at 149 Main Street, Sandwich, MA 02563, attention: Gary Cremeans.
- Step 3
You will be sent a flier announcing the date, time and specifics of your fundraiser.
- Step 4
Copy the flier and distribute it to as many people as possible within and outside of your organization! Post it on your web site! Send out a press release to local newspapers and radio stations (see sample release)! When a guest presents the flier at your fundraiser, 15% of their bill will be donated to your organization. Fliers may NOT be handed out in the restaurant or the parking lot the day of the event.
- Step 5
Enjoy a delicious meal with friends and know that you are helping a good cause. You will receive your check approximately 2 weeks after the event.
