Hen of the Woods
Pan bronzed, crispy skin, semi-boneless, airline breast served with a bountiful blend of sauteed gourmet mushrooms, roasted baby carrots, and duck fat roasted new potatoes. Finished with a madeira ver jus wine sauce and parsnip cream. $30

Prime Rib of Beef
