Rock shrimp sautéed with fresh vegetables and rice noodles in a moderately spiced sweet chili and peanut sauce. GFP $26

Mushroom Au Gratin Sirloin
Grilled Certified Angus Beef top sirloin baked with a creamy wild mushrooms and aged parmesan cheese. Accompanied by Yukon whipped potatoes, green vegetables and a cabernet demi-glace. GFP $34

Duck Trio
Fork tender confit leg and pan roasted crispy Muscovy duck breast paired with charred spring onions, house-made duck bacon, marble potatoes, and baby zucchini. Naped with a citrus duck jus. GFP  $34

Miso Stir Fry
Organic brown basmati rice and black quinoa, fresh vegetables, green apples and crispy tofu sautéed in Extra Virgin Coconut oil. Finished with a sauce of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, red miso and tamarind. Garnished with sesame seeds, raw almonds and alfalfa sprouts. GFP $24 add Shrimp $29
