Featuring Maine Pineland Farms fork tender beef with organic wild mushroom risotto, truffled tomato parmesan jus and seasonal vegetables. GFP $34.50
Pan Bronzed Sea Scallops
With smoky lemon grass quinoa, charred spring onions, and roasted sweet potatoes. Accompanied by parmesan wafers, watercress relish and pomegranate reduction. GFP $36.50 | demi $23.50
Shrimp Pad Thai
Rock shrimp sautéed with fresh vegetables and rice noodles in a moderately spiced sweet chili and peanut sauce. GFP $28.50
Prime Rib of Beef

Pan Roasted Chicken
All-natural semi boneless airline breast accompanied by organic wild mushroom risotto, petite seasonal vegetables and sherry pan sauce. GFP $25.50
