This menu enables our Chefs to offer creative selections using the freshest available seasonal produce, seafood and meats. These special menu selections will change approximately every eight weeks.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
Green onion and ginger scented. With saffron aioli and a fennel and celery heart salad. $14.50

Fried Calamari
Tossed in sweet chili sauce, soy and fresh basil. Served with black garlic remoulade. $13

Som Tam Mussels
An adaptation of one of Thailand’s most popular dishes consisting of Sweet green papaya, national chilies and mussels in a lemongrass scented flavorful broth. Finished with cilantro lime aioli. $13

Crispy Falafel
Fried chickpea and white bean fritters with a tzatziki sauce. Finished with minted tomato jam and grape must syrup. $9.50

Shrimp Cocktail
Four wild caught shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce. GFP $16.50

Fried Buffalo Cauliflower
Hand-battered cauliflower tossed on our house buffalo sauce. Served with house-made ranch dressing and mixed greens. $9.50

Scallops and Bacon
Sea scallops wrapped in hard-wood smoked bacon, served with house-made honey mustard. $12.50

Short-Rib Poutine
A Quebec staple classic with fork tender beef short-rib, house cut fries, melty Vermont cheddar curds and hour pickles smothered in a beefy brown sugar gravy. $17

Buffalo Chicken Tenders
In our own house sauce, served with our blue cheese dressing. $10.50

Made fresh in-house, a ground blend of broccoli, black beans, herbs, carrots, brown rice and onions, grilled and served with melted cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce and tomato remoulade on toasted, sprouted grain bread. $14

Grilled Portabella and Fire Roasted Pepper
With marinated tomato remoulade and fried cheddar cheese tots on a griddled brioche bun. $11.50

Grilled Reuben
Thin-sliced corned beef, Jarlsberg cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and sauerkraut on fresh-baked marble bread. GFP $15

Turkey B.L.T.
Slow roasted, hand-sliced, natural turkey breast, crisp bacon, lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes and avocado mayonnaise served on toasted white bread. GFP $13.50

Fried crispy skin boneless breast tossed in our own house buffalo sauce with creamy Gorgonzola dressing and tender arugula. Served on a griddled brioche bun. $12.50

Shrimp Pad Thai
Rock shrimp sautéed with fresh vegetables and rice noodles in a moderately spiced sweet chili and peanut sauce. GFP $28

Soba Stir-fry
Tender buckwheat noodles, stir fry vegetables, and crispy tofu finished in a sweet and sour miso tamarind sauce. $20

Duck Trio
Fork tender confit leg and pan roasted crispy Long Island duck breast paired with charred spring onions, house-made duck bacon, marble potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. Naped with a citrus duck jus. GFP $37

Prime Rib of Beef
(As available) Aged in house, slow roasted. Accented with rosemary au jus. Served with baked potato and vegetable. GFP $38

Filet Mignon
Grilled tenderloin, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, caramelized petite onions and cabernet demi glace. GFP $43 | demi $31

Boneless Short-Ribs
Featuring Maine Pineland Farms fork tender beef with herb roasted spaghetti squash and fingerling potatoes. Accented with truffled parmesan jus and fried Brussel sprouts. GFP $34

Chicken Coq Au Vin
Pan roasted, all-natural semi boneless airline breast with wild mushrooms, balsamic poached pearl onions, baby cabbage and roasted new potatoes in a cognac red wine sauce. GFP $25
