The Chef’s Special Menu

This menu enables our Chefs to offer creative selections using the freshest available seasonal produce, seafood and meats. These special menu selections will change approximately every eight weeks.

Appetizers

Scallop and Bacon Arancini
Creamy risotto croquettes of fruit-wood smoked bacon and native sea scallops.  Served with whipped fennel sauce, smoked tomato coulis and bacon aioli. $10

Fried Calamari
Crispy parmesan and panko fried, with pearl onions and our own marinara.  $11.50

Crab Enchilada
Lump crabmeat, chorizo sausage, and avocado rolled and baked in a corn tortilla.  Finished with Queso  Fresco and green onions. GFP $14

Shrimp Cocktail 
Four wild caught shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce. GFP  $16

Fried Buffalo Cauliflower
Hand-battered cauliflower tossed on our house buffalo sauce.  Served with house-made ranch dressing and mixed greens. $8

Scallops and Bacon 
Sea scallops wrapped in hard-wood smoked bacon, served with house-made honey mustard.  $12

Ramen Duck Bowl
Crispy duck confit, house made noodles, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions steeped in a miso ginger bouillon.  Accented with a spicy watercress mustard. $13

Buffalo Chicken Tenders
In our own house sauce, served with our blue cheese dressing. $9

Fresh shelled lobster meat in an herb mayonnaise served over specialty greens. GFP  $28

Blue Cheese Webster Salad 
Specialty greens with Gorgonzola cheese, grape tomatoes, golden raisins and pistachios. GFP  $10

Spinach Salad 
Baby spinach, tossed with diced figs in a warm bacon vinaigrette. Topped with chopped hard-wood smoked bacon. GFP  $10

Kale and Blueberry Salad
Tender baby kale, fresh blueberries and pine nuts with grilled watermelon, tossed in an orange and mustard vinaigrette. GFP $10

Veggie Burger
Made fresh in-house, a ground blend of broccoli, black beans, herbs, carrots, brown rice and onions, grilled and served with melted cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce and avocado mayonnaise on toasted, sprouted grain bread.  $13

Fried Caprese
Deep fried local mozzarella cheese with pickled tomato slices, arugula, and basil mayonnaise.  Served on a grilled brioche bun. $11

Grilled Reuben
Thin-sliced corned beef, Jarlsberg cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and sauerkraut on fresh-baked marble bread. GFP $14.50

Turkey B.L.T.
Slow roasted, hand-sliced, natural turkey breast, crisp bacon, lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes and avocado mayonnaise served on toasted white bread. GFP $13.50

Our Signature Lobster Salad
Heaping portion of fresh lobster meat in herb mayonnaise, served on a grilled brioche bun. GFP $28

Fried Chicken Sandwich
Buttermilk fried chicken crusted in oats, cornflakes, and spices with Maple Adobo mustard, green apple and bacon jam, and dill pickle chips. Served on a grilled brioche bun. $13

Lobster Grilled Cheese
Grilled homemade brioche filled with pesto, chives, shallots, French brie, American cheese, and of-course, lobster meat! Winner of the Best Sandwiches in Sandwich. $20

Portabella Burger
Fruit-wood smoked mushroom cap with house steak sauce, caramelized onions, smoked Gouda, raw slaw, red onions and crunchy sweet corn. Served on a grilled brioche bun. GFP $12

Dynamite Fish Sandwich
Crispy panko fried fish served with a fresh snow pea sesame slaw. Dressed with Dynamite tartar sauce. $14

Wok Fired Atlantic Salmon
Citrus and ginger scented filet seared until crisp. Accompanied by sesame jasmine rice and vegetable; finished with a white soy and sweet chili beurre blanc. $29 | demi $19

Lobster Crusted Cod
Native cod roasted in panko and lobster crumbs. Topped with butter poached lobster meat and a champagne beurre blanc. Served with vegetable and our Signature brown rice quinoa pilaf. $31 | demi $21

Seafood Risotto
An Italian style dish of creamy squash and vanilla scented Arborio rice, scallops, shrimp, lobster meat, chorizo sausage and green peas. Topped with fried squash blossom. $37

Shrimp Pad Thai
Rock shrimp sautéed with fresh vegetables and rice noodles in a moderately spiced sweet chili and peanut sauce. GFP $26

Mushroom Au Gratin Sirloin
Grilled Certified Angus Beef top sirloin baked with a creamy wild mushrooms and aged parmesan cheese. Accompanied by Yukon whipped potatoes, green vegetables and a cabernet demi-glace. GFP  $34

Duck Trio
Fork tender confit leg and pan roasted crispy Muscovy duck breast paired with charred spring onions, house-made duck bacon, marble potatoes, and baby zucchini. Naped with a citrus duck jus. GFP  $34

Prime Rib of Beef*
(As available) Aged in house, slow roasted. Accented with rosemary au jus. Served with baked potato and vegetable.

Filet Mignon*
Grilled tenderloin, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, caramelized petite onions and cabernet demi glace.

Pan Roasted Semi Boneless Chicken Breast
Organic, steroid free with house-made carrot marmalade and whiskey glaze.  Served with herb roasted potatoes and vegetable. GFP $23     

Miso Stir Fry
Organic brown basmati rice and black quinoa, fresh vegetables, green apples and crispy tofu sautéed in Extra Virgin Coconut oil. Finished with a sauce of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, red miso and tamarind. Garnished with sesame seeds, raw almonds and alfalfa sprouts. GFP $24 add Shrimp $29
