Prime Rib Hash
House-made from lean, aged prime rib; chopped and mixed with caramelized onions and roasted potatoes. Topped with two eggs, any style. Served with choice of bread and choice of home fries or fruit cup. GFP $12

Vera’s Cheddar and Chive Cloud Biscuits
Served with a country pork gravy and two eggs, any style. Choice of sausage or bacon, and choice of home fries or fruit cup. $11.50

Green Eggs and Ham    
Two eggs – any style with aged Parmesan cheese, avocado, fried egg pesto and griddled thick ham. Served with choice of bread, and choice of home fries or fruit cup. GFP $12.50 

Eggs Benedict
Two eggs poached with Sauce Hollandaise, Canadian bacon and asparagus served atop a caramelized onion potato croquette. $14

Boatmeal
Organic steel cut oatmeal with quinoa, green apples, toasted almonds, and golden raisins. Finished with salted Maple syrup caramel and warm almond milk. GFP $9.50

Omelette
Three eggs, choice of bread and choice of home fries or fruit cup. $9
