Prime Rib Hash
House-made from lean, aged prime rib; chopped and mixed with caramelized onions and roasted potatoes. Topped with two eggs, any style. Served with choice of bread and choice of home fries or fruit cup. GFP $10.50

Elvis Toast
Griddled French toast stuffed with sliced banana, peanut butter, cherrywood smoked bacon and dark chocolate chips. Served with Vermont Maple syrup and whipped cream. $12.50

Chicken and Waffles    
Buttermilk fried chicken atop vanilla scented waffle with crème fraiche and green apple bacon jam.  Served with salted Maple syrup caramel.  $11.50
Green Eggs and Ham    
Two eggs – any style with aged Parmesan cheese, avocado, fried egg pesto and griddled thick ham.  Served with choice of bread, and choice of home fries or fruit cup.  GFP  $10.50 

Eggs Benedict
Two eggs poached with Sauce Hollandaise, Canadian bacon and asparagus served atop a caramelized onion potato croquette. $13

Chicken Pot Pie
Fresh all white meat tenders braised with carrots, pearl onions, peas and mushrooms in a natural chicken gravy served over puff pastry. $16

Pesto Crusted Cod
Baked in a basil, pine nut and coarse bread crumb crust.  Complemented with a fire roasted red bell pepper puree, our Signature brown rice quinoa pilaf and vegetable. $18

Smoked Almond Crusted Salmon
Roasted Atlantic filet with pomegranate balsamic glaze and pickled mustard seeds.  Served with our Signature brown rice quinoa pilaf and vegetable. $18

Fruits of the Sea 
A medley of shrimp, scallops and cod baked with a hint of white wine, topped with a crumb topping.  Served with our Signature brown rice quinoa pilaf and vegetable of the day.  $21
